Propose making examples valid per XLIFF 2.0 schemas for csprd03-200, csprd03-210, csprd03-213, csprd03-215

I’ve been assigned a number of csprd03 tracker issues that I think are not controversial. They involve XLIFF 2.0 examples that are not valid per the schema or the specification.

 

I propose that I bring the examples up to date such that they are valid when XML parsed against the current XLIFF 2.0 schemas. The issue numbers are:

 

csprd03-200, 

csprd03-210, 

csprd03-213,

csprd03-215

 

If I do not hear dissent by Friday, 14 February I will assume TC approval.
