One comment on 2.1 draft

Looking at the latest 2.1 draft here:

I noticed the phrase "...it MUST be anyway Extracted using..." is used in several places in the ITS section. I think it should be
"...it MUST be always represented using".

The rational:
- I think "anyway" is probably a typo.
- And using "Extracted" seems to assume using the ITS annotation is part of the extraction. But it's not: it can be done at any
time.
