I've already pointed out that this isn't the only thing enabled by that aspect of the Namespaces in XML REC.

To put it bluntly, I'm saying that NO ONE EVER SHOULD CREATE MARKUP
WHICH FOLLOWS THIS PATTERN:

And I'm stunned by the amount of brainpower that seems to be attempting
