Sorry Dare, but I'm still waiting for one use case where the pattern:
<rdf:Description rdf:about="http://www.w3.org"
about="http://www.w3.org/not/really/I'm/just/kidding/">
makes sense. All I'm getting from you is noise about global attributes,
which my proposal doesn't affect _in the slightest_, and talk about OOP
best practice.
