That's an interesting reading and it's not something that I gleaned from the
article.

But then I have a deep suspicion of anything that uses the word semantics.
Certainly if it descends to the level that the names DeptNo and EmpNo are
considered to have more semantic content than A, B, and C, then the concept
is pretty shallow.
