<xsl:template>
  <mycomp:template>

or when creating stylesheets from stylesheets:

<xsl:template ...>
  <xslt:template ...>

The whole point of namespaces is to allow elements with the same name
but different meanings to appear in the same document... it seems
really odd to ask for examples as if there's something unusual about
it.
