I am happy to announce that a new version of oXygen XML Editor is 
available from our website

Version 13 introduces *oXygen XML Developer*, a product that gathers the 
XML development features thus making oXygen XML Editor the union of 
oXygen XML Developer and oXygen XML Author products:
*XML Editor = XML Developer ∪ XML Author*
