PassiveTex: non-critical error with &

Hi agian,

in my DocBook XML I have the line

<bibliodiv id="datenbankenoracle"><title>Datenbanken &amp; Oracle</title>

The ampersand in this line causes the following error blizzard with the
FO-PassiveTex backend:

When I change the &amp; to "und" (="and"), the PDF is produced without
errors. What am I missing (this is not a critical error though, just a
blemish)?

I use:
SuSE Linux 8.1
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2-b28)
Xalan Java 2.4.1
docbook-xsl-1.62.0
passivetex-2002.8.11-15 (SuSE RPM)
