Update to Section 2.1 & 2.2

Please find attached a revision to lines 210 – 224. 
This incorporates the new text for two additional subsections:  2.2 “How
is SOA different” and 2.3 “The Benefits of SOA.”  

 

I believe that Ken and Frank are on board with this text and
would like to see this included in the proofing and the draft released to the
TC.
