2/Welcome to new observer and prospective TC member Shigemichi Yazawa
of Globalsight corp.   Shigemichi has been writing software for
12 years,  and is responsible for TM and document extraction modules
for Globalsight's System 4 product.  Shigemichi's primary interest
in XLIFF lays its use as: 1/internal abstraction format,  2/a container
for offline editing ,  3/Document exchange format.

for this meeting

From last meeting: "there was some discussion as to how the localisation
directives proposal will work. Enda volunteered to try and use this with
another schema to see how effective it would be.  Gerard was also
asked to send the TC his thoughts on embedded XLIFF before the next meeting
