Re: [sca-bindings] Bindings TC Conf Call Raw Minutes
Mike,

OK, well the minutes as posted in draft
show the issue as resolved, with a note to the effect that the resolution
was not recorded.  So if the minutes are approved as you say this
automatically ratifies that clarification.

Simon,

I can only apologise - probably too bound up in the debate about the issue
and missed that out.

Rather than ratify the decision, I think it is simpler to handle it as
part of approviing the minutes - simply approve the

minutes with the amendment to add in the decision to resolve Issue 146.
The minutes are only draft until approved

and the approval can handle amendments which correct the minutes.

Re: [sca-bindings] Bindings TC Conf
Call Raw Minutes

Mike, thanks for minuting this meeting.

In putting these into the usual format, I notice that the record of "no
objections, motion passes, issue is resolved" for issue BINDINGS-146
is missing from the meeting room text.  It was my recollection that
this motion was unanimously passed as the TC moved on to the next topic
at that point so I'm not sure how this got missed from the minutes.

In the past in such a situation the TC has made a further motion to ratify
the original resolution, so I will include this on the agenda for Thursday's
meeting.

Simon: Web services version of the issue 143

- discussed last week and proposal is:

Simon Holdsworth: Replace conformance section in WS Binding Test Cases
document with:

The artifacts contained in the

sca-wsbinding-1.1-testcases.zip

are considered to be authoritative and take precedence over the

artifacts described in this document.

This specification defines two targets for conformance:

a) WS Binding Testcases

b) Web Service Callback (WSCB) Testcases

An implementation that claims to conform to the requirements of the WS

Binding Testcases MUST be able to run all test cases in Section 2.1 and

Section 2.2, producing the 'Expected Output'.

An implementation that claims to conform to the WSCB Testcases MUST be

able to run all tests in Section 2.3, producing the 'Expected Output' of

each test case.

Simon Holdsworth: s/ of each test case././

Bryan: a nit but why "of each test case" on the final paragraph

Anish: I think that it should have been in both paragraphs

anish i don't have a strong preference either

Simon: I suggest removing the extra text

Amended text:

Replace conformance section in WS Binding Test Cases document with:

The artifacts contained in the

sca-wsbinding-1.1-testcases.zip

are considered to be authoritative and take precedence over the

artifacts described in this document.
